TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RANCHO GRANDE RIDING ACADEMY AND VENUE RENTALS

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Rancho Grande Riding Academy and Venue Rentals ("Rancho Grande"), which includes but is not limited to riding lessons and venue rentals. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made through our website or by phone.Bookings are subject to availability.All bookings must be paid for in full at the time of booking.We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.All bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

RIDING LESSONS

All riders must wear appropriate attire, including a helmet and riding boots with heels.All riders must sign a waiver before participating in any riding lessons.All riders must adhere to the instructions and rules given by the instructor.All riders must be physically and mentally capable of participating in the riding lessons.All riders must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled lesson time.In case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule riding lessons.

VENUE RENTALS

All venue rentals must be made through our website or by phone.All rentals are subject to availability.All rentals must be paid for in full at the time of booking.We reserve the right to refuse any rental at our discretion.All rentals are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.Renters must adhere to the rules and regulations of the venue.Renters must leave the venue in the same condition as they found it, including removing all trash and decorations.

LIABILITY

All riders and renters assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damages that may occur during the use of our services or facilities.Rancho Grande is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.All riders and renters must sign a waiver releasing Rancho Grande from any liability.

PRIVACY

Rancho Grande takes your privacy seriously and will never sell or share your personal information.Rancho Grande may use your personal information to contact you regarding your bookings or to send promotional offers.

AMENDMENTS

Rancho Grande reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.Any amendments will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
